Tech tip
EFI Vutek printers use two (2) lamps, one on each side of the carriage. For optimum UV output and reduced gloss banding, replace both lamps at the same time.
Tech Tip
During lamp changeover, always inspect the quartz plate for signs of misting ink or dust. Clean or replace as needed
We manufacture quartz plates for Vutek GS Series printers. Typical part number includes 45074549. Manufactured from premium GE quartz, our replacement quartz plates provide excellent UV transmission, long service life, and direct OEM compatibility.
