The TCS 601100289 uses a gallium-indium metal halide fill designed to provide strong UV output in wavelengths that penetrate highly pigmented coatings. This makes the lamp particularly effective for curing opaque white and heavily pigmented UV coatings.
Designed for demanding curing applications, the TCS 601100289 features a specially formulated gallium- and indium-iodide metal halide fill. This unique chemistry concentrates UV output in the longer, near-visible 400–420 nm range—penetrating deep through titanium dioxide and heavy pigments. The result is total, reliable through-cure for opaque white inks and heavily loaded UV coatings that standard lamps struggle to process.
